1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you and okcards.ph in connection with your use of the okcards.ph website, mobile platform, games, payment services, customer support, and all related features (collectively, the "Platform").

3.3 okcards.ph reserves the right to refuse any registration, suspend or close any Account, and return funds at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that eligibility conditions have not been or are no longer met.
3.4 Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the okcards.ph Platform. The maintenance of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate or void any balances or bonuses accrued across those accounts, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.
4.1 You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information submitted to okcards.ph is accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly notify okcards.ph customer support of any changes to your registered details, including changes to your mobile number, email address, or payment accounts.
4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. okcards.ph will never request your password via email, SMS, or social media messaging platforms.
4.3 All wagers, transactions, and activities conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — are your responsibility. If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must notify okcards.ph immediately via live chat or support email so that your Account can be temporarily frozen pending investigation.
4.4 You agree to use the okcards.ph Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not access the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4.5 Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee as notified to the account holder, and may be closed at the Company's discretion after due notice.

11.2 okcards.ph shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages — including loss of profits or opportunity — arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if okcards.ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 okcards.ph's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes okcards.ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by okcards.ph's gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
12.1 okcards.ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
12.2 Upon Account termination for reasons other than Player breach, any verified real-money Balance (net of any applicable bonus amounts subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method within ten (10) business days.
12.3 Where Account suspension or closure is due to Player breach — including fraud, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct, or violation of these Terms — okcards.ph reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account Balance and any associated bonus winnings.
12.4 Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting okcards.ph customer support via live chat. Account closures requested by Players will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to verification of identity and completion of any pending withdrawal processing.
13.1 The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by okcards.ph is governed by the okcards.ph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at okcardsph.net/privacy-policy.

14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the okcards.ph Platform, you are encouraged to first contact okcards.ph customer support via live chat or support email to seek an informal resolution. The Company will endeavour to resolve all legitimate complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, in accordance with the procedures established by PAGCOR for licensed online gaming operators.
14.4 Where PAGCOR's dispute resolution process does not result in a satisfactory resolution, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.1 okcards.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, the Company will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email, platform notification, or a prominent notice on the okcards.ph website.
15.2 The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the okcards.ph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and return of your verified Balance in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
